To be eligible for return, your order items need to be unused, unwashed, not missing any parts & in their original packaging.
Kindly report that if you wish to return your items, it should be within a period that does not exceed 15 days starting from the delivery date.
If any of your order items were received damaged, faulty or incomplete - we will handle the shipping & return fee.
Please send us an email with a clear photo that shows the defaults in your receive item to "firstname.lastname@example.org”
If your order items are in good condition, but you just changed your mind - please send the items back to us at your own convenience. I-CLIP Saudi will not handle shipping & return fees in such cases. You can ship the order/item back to our facility via your own method or contact I-CLIP support team to arrange for a pick (charges will be applied - ask the team for the charges). Please allow up to 10 days for returns and exchanges to be processed.
If order were placed using COD payment method, the COD charges (20 SR) won’t be refunded, as these charges are charged by the shipping company.
Please note that I-CLIP Saudi will issue refunds through the same method of payment as the original payment (e.g. credit card purchases will be credited to the original credit card account).
